Per Curt their Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13272 will not fit the F-Sport package on your 2017 Lexus RX 350. While we have had a number of reviews come back to us saying they were able to bolt it right up without issue there are other issues some have ran into where it would not fit their particular vehicle. As far as the rear door kick sensor is concerned, we haven't heard anything about that but it isn't uncommon for hitches to get in the way of the sensors so you may need to move your foot around using different motions at various locations to see if the sensor can then pick it up.
